What You'll Gain:
- Guaranteed 40hrs.: Monday-Friday. Our work hours run from 7:30am until the day's assigned route is usually finished, which is typically around 4:30 or 5pm, resulting in an approximate total of 43-48 hours per week.
- Compensation: As you enter this position, you'll begin with a competitive base salary of $21-$23 per hour (depending on experience). Our unique commission structure distinguishes us, especially when linked to a specific route, which allows you to increase your earnings significantly.
- On average, an employee's annual income is $56,000-$65,000/year, thanks to our commission structure, supplemented by on-call and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Capability to engage in an on-call rotation of 3-5 days per month to deliver exceptional customer support.
- Valid Driver's License.
